Voice Prompt - How We Works

• Step-1 To Provide you with an accurate quote for your "natural speech" voice prompt requirements please complete the Request For Quotation form below and attach a draft script to the script file box of the Quotation form.If the scripting is not available, please present as much information is possible regading your business. A project manager will contact you to discuss in more details your specifications requirements.

• Step-2 Your personal project manager will contact you to discuss the specific requirements for your project. A confirmation as to cost, digitization and formatting will be e-mailed back for approval
• Step-3 We have provided as example library of voice talents that you can choose from. Please select Demos if you wish to add a specific voice talents in both our Male and Female categories
• Step-4 Please provide the necessary turnaround time.
• Step-5 Production processing procedure will commence with the reviewing and recording of you voice prompt files. Digitizing and formatting will also be included in this process.
• Step-6 To minimize time-to-receive the completed files, the file will be e-mailed or made available on COHM's FTP site
• Step-7 If required, COHM will transfer completed recordings to any selected medium and ship to your location.
• Our Request a Quote form will provide the necessary information for accurate cost estimation. Upon completion, a COHM project manager will review your requirements and contact you shortly.
